[ Waterline Square ]

An iconic New York development where I turned design into precise technical solutions in glass and metal.

Waterline Square is a 2.2 million-square-foot, three-tower, mixed-use residential development, designed by world-renowned team of acclaimed architects and designers, including Richard Meier & Partners Architects, Viñoly Architects and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF).

My collaboration consisted of taking the architectural designs and re-design them in detail, providing technical modifications and specifications emphasizing all designed with glass and metal elements in the project.

Oversee shop drawings, fabrication and installation process.

Façade, interior and exterior signage, canopy , water feature, Interior decorative glass and metal features, storefront, bathrooms, powder rooms, interactive windows.
