Historic restoration of one of New York’s most iconic buildings.
One of the most important historical buildings in NYC, world-renowned artists have lived in this building which now becomes a hotel.
The first and second floor façade restoration was on charge of a team that I lead, we have been tasked to Restore elements such as antique cast iron columns.
Bronze decorative skylight restoration Windows and storefronts to replicate the original bringing them back to life after years of modifications.
