GIRALDO AEC SOLUTIONS played a key role in the restoration of one of New York’s most iconic landmarks—the legendary Hotel Chelsea, a historic building once home to world-renowned artists and cultural figures.
Our team led the restoration of the first and second floor façades, meticulously reviving antique architectural features with historical accuracy and craftsmanship. This included restoring original cast iron columns, replicating bronze skylight frames, and reconstructing decorative windows and storefronts based on archival references.
Our scope covered detailed site surveys, preservation-compliant fabrication, and on-site installation—all executed to meet the highest standards required for historic buildings in New York City.
