Waterline Square – New York City

Engineering precision and architectural detail for one of New York’s most iconic residential developments

Landmark Development | Precision Execution in Glass & Metal

Design • Fabrication • Installation

GIRALDO AEC SOLUTIONS contributed to Waterline Square, a monumental 2.2 million-square-foot, three-tower residential development designed by globally acclaimed firms including Richard Meier & Partners, Viñoly Architects, and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF).

Our role focused on transforming ambitious architectural concepts into technically executable solutions—refining and detailing elements originally envisioned in glass and metal.
We provided expert redesign, technical specifications, and full project coordination across multiple high-end components:

  • Custom façades and storefront systems
  • Interior and exterior signage
  • Architectural canopies and water features
  • Decorative glass and metal elements throughout residential and amenity spaces
  • Bathrooms, powder rooms, and interactive windows

We managed the complete process from shop drawings to fabrication and installation, ensuring design intent was upheld with absolute precision and quality at every stage.
