25 Park Row is one of the most luxurious buildings in NYC

I was involve on the Experience center design, decorative windows and store front which are the same as those installed on the original building.

Proposals and technical design of railings, stairs at 3 penthouse, overseen from shops design to fabrication and installation.

The staircases designed with curved lines were challenging as shaping wood and metal require a very high level of precision, all the stairs components were cut with a robotic arm which uses laser technology for precision cuts.
