GIRALDO contributed to this iconic high-end residential tower in Lower Manhattan, where tradition and innovation converge through precision-crafted architectural elements.
Our scope included the design and execution of the building’s Experience Center, decorative windows, and storefront systems—faithfully replicating those of the main tower.
We also developed and delivered custom staircases and railings for three luxury penthouses, working from technical proposals and shop drawings through to fabrication and installation.
The curved stair designs were particularly complex, requiring advanced shaping of wood and metal with tight tolerances. All components were manufactured using robotic laser-cutting technology, ensuring exacting precision and seamless integration.
