210 Bowery Street – New York City

Classic SoHo-inspired façade recreating the charm of traditional NYC architecture.

Architectural Façade + Sculptural Staircase

Preconstruction • Structural Coordination • Fabrication & Installation

Led the preconstruction and construction execution of this project, located in the heart of SoHo. The building’s façade pays homage to classic New York architecture with blackened metal panels, exposed rivets, and traditional detailing—crafted entirely in metal.

At its core, a sculptural staircase made of glass and metal was designed and installed as a striking architectural centerpiece.
Our role included full oversight of materials selection, structural detailing, technical development, and coordination of fabrication and on-site installation.
