[ 200 E 21 Street ]

Contemporary residence where design, structure, and sophistication converge in metal and glass.

This New building in midtown has a extraordinary storefront dominated by metal panels and glass, an elegant entrance to the building that includes a water feature, huge custom doors and an imposing canopy that makes up an elegant entrance. Inside the building we design and install different elements, including all the metal and glass that the apartments and common areas carry.

My contribution was to manage all the aspects of the project including shop drawings, samples and submittals, fabrication installation, sub contractors overview, schedules, etc.…

focused on elements designed with metal, stone and glass, that were the ones that were commissioned to me.
