Full restoration of a historic Flatiron District façade with modern performance standards.
1133 Broadway is an emblematic historical building in Flatiron District, the challenge was to restore 100% the first floor facade to create a new one with the highest quality and structural safety standards, duplicating the original details of the building with new materials.
My contribution was to manage all the aspects of the project including shop drawings, samples and submittals process, fabrication installation, sub contractors overview, schedules, etc.…
