Full restoration of a historic Flatiron District façade with modern performance standards.

Flatiron District Landmark | Historic Façade Restoration

Design • Fabrication • Installation

GIRALDO AEC SOLUTIONS led the full restoration of the first-floor façade of this emblematic Flatiron District building—honoring its historic character while meeting modern structural and safety standards.

Our role involved replicating the original architectural details with new, high-performance materials, achieving a faithful yet elevated reinterpretation of the building’s base envelope.
The project included storefronts for renowned tenants such as RIZZOLI and La Pecora Bianca, requiring exceptional craftsmanship and design coordination.

We managed all phases of the project, including shop drawings, samples, submittals, fabrication, installation, subcontractor supervision, and schedule integration—ensuring the seamless fusion of preservation and performance.
