Modern reinterpretation of a historic building through crafted metal, glass, and stone details.

Historic Landmark | Modern Craftsmanship in Metal, Glass & Stone

Design • Fabrication • Installation

GIRALDO AEC contributed to the transformation of this iconic Tribeca landmark by delivering finely crafted architectural elements in metal, glass, and stone—reinterpreting the building’s historical grandeur with contemporary detailing.

Our scope focused on the residential lobby, where we designed and executed a range of bespoke components, including a striking custom sink that blends glass, metal, and stone; decorative metal and glass doors; blackened metal moldings; and bronze mirror accents. These features were integral to the project’s architectural vision.

Our team oversaw every phase—from shop drawings, material samples and submittals, to fabrication, installation, subcontractor coordination, and construction scheduling—ensuring seamless integration with the design intent and historical context.
