GIRALDO AEC delivered key architectural features for this high-end residential development in Midtown Manhattan. The building’s striking storefront features a sophisticated combination of glass and metal panels, a custom water feature, monumental doors, and an elegant canopy that defines the main entrance.
Our scope extended into the interiors, where we designed, fabricated, and installed a range of custom architectural elements in glass, metal, and stone—across apartments and shared amenity spaces.
Specific contributions included the storefront system, lobby detailing, rooftop doors and windows, bathroom glass and metal partitions, and other precision-crafted components.
We managed all project phases including shop drawings, samples and submittals, fabrication, installation, subcontractor coordination, and construction schedule alignment.
