[ 108 Leonard Street ]

Modern reinterpretation of a historic building through crafted metal, glass, and stone details.

An important collaboration in this project was to design part of the residential lobby, metal, glass and stone, among other things a beautiful custom sink which includes metal glass and stone in addition to decorative metal and glass doors, decorative elements such as bronze mirrors and blackened metal molding that are part fundamental of the building design concept.

My contribution as a head of a custom Metal and glass company was to manage all the aspects of our part of the project including shop drawings, samples and submittals, fabrication installation, sub contractors overview, schedules, etc.
