GIRALDO AEC SOLUTIONS contributed to one of Bryant Park’s most iconic developments—The Bryant, designed by David Chipperfield Architects and recognized as the first condominium to rise directly on the park.
Our scope encompassed the full execution of custom metal and glass systems for critical areas of the project, including the storefront, lobby, restaurant, bathrooms, and the TOH rooftop. Each element was designed and fabricated to reflect the refined architectural language of the building.
We led every phase of delivery: from shop drawings, samples, and submittals, to fabrication, installation, subcontractor coordination, and schedule management—ensuring precision and excellence throughout.
This project stands as a testament to our ability to execute complex architectural systems at the highest level of craftsmanship and collaboration.
