GIRALDO AEC SOLUTIONS contributed to the refined architectural execution of Zuma, one of the world’s most renowned restaurants—celebrated for its contemporary design, material harmony, and immersive atmosphere.
Our role involved taking the original architectural concepts and translating them into technically feasible solutions, with a focus on wood, metal, and glass.
We managed the entire process from technical redesign and detailing, through samples, submittals, fabrication, and on-site installation.
A key design challenge was the creative use of metal—introducing textures, tones, and patterns that elevated the spatial experience while complementing the restaurant’s material palette.
The result: a sophisticated environment that seamlessly blends craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics, positioning Zuma among the most elegant dining spaces in New York City.
